Details of the University of Luxembourg Scholarships 2024

Financial Benefits:

The scholarship is partial funding for both non-EU and EU countries. These are the benefits including:

Guillaume Dupaix International Master’s Scholarship:

• A Stipend of €10,000/year for up to 2 years
• The scholarship also covers accommodation in a university residence of up to EUR 650/month (maximum 2 years). You have to pay the rest of the money in smaller amounts at the start of each semester.
• Tuition fees are not included in the scholarship.

Lea Sinner Scholarship for EU Citizens:

• Funding of €30,000/year which is divided among up to 6 candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria of Guillaume Dupaix Scholarship:

• International applicants in both EU and non-EU countries applying for a master’s degree.
• Only Master’s programs that run their two-year program in Luxembourg are eligible. 
• Programs with a mandatory semester or year abroad are not considered.
• Applicants must demonstrate an excellent academic performance during their undergraduate studies.
• Applicants must be Full-time students.
• All Non-beneficiaries of Luxembourg state funding for higher education.

Eligibility Criteria of Léa Sinner Program:

• Applicants must have completed a secondary school degree or an equivalent.
• Applicants must not be registered in a subsequent bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Citizens of Luxembourg or from the European Union are also eligible.
• Living in Luxembourg’s Grand Duchy.
• Must committed to undertaking their Bachelor’s or Master’s level studies at the University of Luxembourg.
• The family income of the candidates cannot exceed three times the minimum income level.
